                                                                                     DECISION                                                                                              

                      The rejection of claims 2 through 4, 7 through 8, 12 through 17 and 29                                                                                               
                      through 39 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Capshew in view of                                                                                       
                      Arzoumanidis, Wristers and Lee is reversed.                                                                                                                          
                      The decision of the examiner is reversed.
