                          In summary, we have sustained the 35 U.S.C. § 103                                                                             
                 rejection of claim 5, but have not sustained the 35 U.S.C. §                                                                           
                 103 rejection of claims 1-4.  Accordingly, the Examiner’s                                                                              
                 decision rejecting claims 1-5 is affirmed-in-part.                                                                                     
                          No time period for taking any subsequent action in                                                                                                                    
                 connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                                                                               
                 § 1.136(a).
