The Examiner relies on the following reference: Hatori et al. (Hatori) 4,837,618 Jun. 6, 1989 Claim 7 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102 as being anticipated by Hatori. Rather than repeat the arguments of Appellant and the Examiner, we make reference to the brief and the answer for the respective details thereof. OPINION We have considered the rejection advanced by the Examiner and the supporting arguments. We have, likewise, reviewed the Appellant’s arguments set forth in the brief. It is our view that claim 7 is anticipated by Hatori. Accordingly, we affirm.
