(Ercoli) 2,652,355 Sep. 15, 1953 Gibson 5,015,470 May 14, 1991 THE REJECTIONS Claims 13-18, 20 and 24 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, on the ground that the specification fails to provide an enabling disclosure. The claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as follows: claims 1-12 over each of Brodbeck, Ercoli and Gibson, and claims 13-18 and 20- 25 over Gibson. OPINION We have carefully considered all of the arguments advanced by appellant and the examiner and agree with appellant that the aforementioned rejections are not well founded. Accordingly, we reverse these rejections.
