Consequently, the examiner has not carried the burden of establishing a prima facie case of obviousness of appellants' claimed invention. CONCLUSION The decision of the examiner to reject claims 1-8 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Pagani in view of Inoue and Zardi is reversed.
