               In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner                 
          rejecting claim 1 through 6, 8, 10 through 12 and 14 under                  
          35 U.S.C. § 102(b), and claims 7, 9 and 13 under 35 U.S.C. §                
          103 is reversed.
