                 (200 in Fig. 2) for storing configuration data received over

                          each include a configuration register 202, a                                                                                  
                          multiplexer 205, and a comparator 210.  Each                                                                                  
                          configuration register 202 contains configuration

                          configuration register.  Bank status register                                                                                 
                          circuits 200 cumulatively represent the configuration
