The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Snow et al (Snow) 4,683,528 Jul. 28, 1997 Gillett et al (Gillett) 4,868,732 Sep. 19, 1989 Claims 1, 2, 4-12, 15-17, 19-24, and 42 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Snow in view of Gillett.
