Claims 19 through 23 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which appellant regards as the invention. It is the view of the examiner that claim 19 is unclear as to whether the claim positively recites or claims a business card in combination with the storage system. Claims 19 through 21, 24, 25 and 26 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Finger in view of Ristuccia and Goldman. According to the examiner, Finger discloses a mounting device including guide rails for mounting informational cards in a storage system.
