PATE, Administrative Patent Judge. DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1 through 3, 5, 10 through 13, 19 and 20. These are all the claims remaining in the application. The claimed invention is directed to a child-proof bucket assembly for a mop bucket. The bucket has a lid to cover the open top of the container with a slot extending from the peripheral edge of the lid. The slot is from 1 to 2 inches wide and is sized to receive the handle of the mop, but not to permit the mophead from coming through the slot.
