DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
from the Examiner's final rejection of claims 1-6, 8 and 9,
claim 7 having been canceled.
The disclosed invention is directed to an antenna for
a radio or a cell phone. The antenna comprises a flexible
sheet which is preferably constructed of Mylar and is also
