The following rejections are set forth in the
examiner’s answer:
1. Claims 1-13 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112,
first paragraph, as containing subject matter which was not
described in the originally filed specification.
2. Claims 1-4, 10 and 12 stand rejected under 35
U.S.C.
§ 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Fukami and
Minoda.
3. Claims 5-7 and 13 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Fukami,
Minoda and Enoki.
4. Claims 8, 9 and 11 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.
