The absence of the disclosure negates anticipation. Therefore, we reverse the rejection of claims 1, 6, and 9 as anticipated by Hullender. CONCLUSION To summarize, the rejection of claims 1, 6-9, 12, 14, 15, 17, and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 1, as lacking a written description is reversed. The rejection of claims 1, 6-9, 12, 14, 15, 17, and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 1, as non-enabled is reversed. The rejection of claims 1, 6, 8, 12, 14-17, and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by Fujisaki is reversed. The rejection of claim 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as obvious over Fujisaki in view of Guyon is reversed.
