BACKGROUND
The appellant's invention relates to methods of exercising a number of different muscles
or muscle groups of the body using at least one resilient stretchable element. An understanding
of the invention can be derived from a reading of independent claims 17, 35, 41, 46, 47, 50
and 51, which appear in the appendix to the appellant's brief.
