The 35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 4 and 11 is
reversed because the teachings of Hoffman do not cure the
noted shortcoming in the teachings of Matsuo.
DECISION
The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1, 3, 5
through 8, 10, 12 through 14 and 18 through 20 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 102/35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed as to claims 18 and 19, and
is reversed as to the remainder of the claims. The decision
of the examiner rejecting claims 2, 4, 9, 11 and 20 under 35
U.S.C.
§ 103 is reversed. Accordingly, the decision of the examiner
is affirmed-in-part.
