This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1, 5, 9, 11, 12, 16 and 17. Claim 3 has not been
appealed. Claims 19 and 20 have been allowed and claims 2, 4,
6-8, 10, 13-15 and 18 have been canceled.
