Appeal No. 1999-0046 Application No. 08/442,103 Appellants’ invention pertains to a heat exchanger, and in particular to a heat exchanger having distribution canals of equal length and similar cross-section and heat exchanger tubes of equal length and similar cross-section to ensure even distribution and flow of the medium to be heated.
