Appellants’ invention pertains to a wheel blocking
device. Details of the invention can be readily understood
upon reading the appealed claims, a correct copy of which
appears in an appendix to appellants’ brief.

Claims 1-8 and 14-16 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103
