Claims 26 and 34 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Gumkowski in view of Feller and the Japanese publication. Rather than attempt to reiterate the examiner’s full commentary with regard to the above-noted rejections and the conflicting viewpoints advanced by the examiner and the appellant regarding them, we make reference to the Examiner’s Answer (Paper No. 41) and to the Appellant’s Briefs (Paper Nos. 38 and 42). OPINION We note that the appellant has not argued the merits of any particular claim apart from the others in the Brief. Therefore, the claims will stand or fall with representative claim 1.
