Rejection I With respect to Rejection I, the appellants, on page 4 of the brief, have provided two groupings of claims, i.e., Group 1: claims 1, 17 and 19; and Group 2: claims 3 through 5. Thus, in accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 1.192(c)(7), we have selected claims 1 and 3 as being representative of the respective claim groupings and will decide the appeal with respect to Rejection I on the basis of those claims alone. Claims 1, 17 and 19 After considering the collective teachings of Murphy and JA 60-7995, we must agree with the examiner that the invention set forth in claims 1, 17 and 19 would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art at the time of the appellants' invention.
