Appeal No. 1999-2454 Page 3 Application No. 08/656,106 BACKGROUND The appellant's invention relates to an engine induction system and more particularly to an improved fuel supply arrangement for supplying the fuel to the injectors of a multi-cylinder engine (specification, page 1). A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief. Claims 1, 2, 6 to 13 and 17 to 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which the appellant regards as the invention.
