claims 1-26 and 29-30 (corresponding to Count 3) of
application 08/649,782, filed May 17, 1996.
FURTHER ORDERED that senior party HANK KUNG, SANATH
MEEGALLA and MEI-PING KUNG is not entitled to a patent
containing claims 1, 6, 8-9, 23, 30-35, 42-44 and 53
(corresponding to Count 3) of application 08/552,584, filed
