               Upon consideration of a paper styled ROODMAN REQUEST FOR               
          ENTRY OF ADVERSE JUDGMENT (Paper 55), it is                                 
                    ORDERED that judgment on priority as to Count 2 (see              
          Attachment to Paper 41), the sole count in the interference,                
          is awarded against junior party G. DAVID ROODMAN, SAKAMURI V.               
          REDDY and SUN-JIN CHOI.                                                     
                    FURTHER ORDERED that judgment on priority as to                   
          Count 2 is awarded in favor of senior party SRIRAM                          
          BALASUBRAMANIAN, JOHN FORD, DANIEL M. GORMAN and GERARD                     
          ZURAWSKI.                                                                   
                    FURTHER ORDERED that, on the record before the Board              
          of Patent Appeals and Interferences, senior party SRIRAM                    
          BALASUBRAMANIAN, JOHN FORD, DANIEL M. GORMAN and GERARD                     
          ZURAWSKI is entitled to a patent containing claims 16-17, 21-               
          22, 24-32, 36, 39, 41-42, 48, 51, 54 and 57 (corresponding to               
          Count 2) of Application 08/706,216, filed 30 August 1996.                   
                    FURTHER ORDERED that junior party G. DAVID ROODMAN,               
          SAKAMURI V. REDDY and SUN-JIN CHOI is not entitled to a patent              
          containing claims 36-48 (corresponding to Count 2) of                       
          Application 08/772,441, filed 20 December 1996.                             
                    FURTHER ORDERED that any settlement agreement should              
          be filed; attention is directed to 35 U.S.C. § 135(c) and                   
          37 CFR § 1.661.
