Claims 1-5 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over
Hooper, Griffin, and Teraoka.
Claims 6 and 7 have been allowed, and claims 8 and 9 have been determined to
be allowable if rewritten in independent form.
