DECISION ON APPEAL Jeffrey R. Lind appeals from the final rejection of claims 1 through 7, 9, 10 and 12 through 30, all of the claims pending in the application. We affirm-in-part and enter a new rejection pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.196(b). THE INVENTION The invention involves a replaceable tip for a bowling shoe which provides a desired slide/traction characteristic and protects the shoe from undue wear.
