Appeal No. 2000-1633 Page 2 Application No. 08/994,159 The appellant's invention relates generally to drive wheels and more particularly to drive wheels having pivotally mounted bogies to drive a chain (specification, p. 1). A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief. The prior art reference of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims is: Durand 3,916,708 Nov. 4, 1975 Claims 1 to 6, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 16 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Durand.
