The rejection of claim 24 therefore will not be
sustained.
Conclusion
The examiner's decision to reject claims 1, 3, 5 to 22
and 24 to 26 under § 103(a) is sustained as to claims 10 to 14
and 17 to 21, and is reversed as to claims 1, 3, 5 to 9, 15,
16, 22, and 24 to 26.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
