DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from

54-57, 59-64, 67, 73, 74, 77, 78, 80-83, and 89-91. We
affirm-in-part.
BACKGROUND
The invention at issue in this appeal relates to imaging
the cross-sectional area of a person's or an animal's airway.
