DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 91 through 115, which are the only claims remaining in this application. According to appellants, the invention is directed to staple fibers comprising a plurality of solid cellulosic regenerated viscose fibers with three or four limbs having a certain specified decitex and length-to-width aspect ratio (Brief, pages 2-3).
