These steps have enabling descriptions as supported in the FIGs. 7-1, 7-2 and 6-2 described in response to point 1 hereinabove and as supported in the specification, for example, at page 14, line 23 - page 18, line 2 .... (Appeal Br. at 11). As mentioned regarding the written description rejection, claims 27-30 specify in pertinent part the following limitations: “automatically generating a three way call ....” As also aforementioned, claims 28 and 30 further specify in pertinent part the following limitations: “automatically terminating a path of the three way call ....” The examiner fails to show that the specification does not adequately enable the claimed limitations. Even before the appellants’ invention, "landline and cellular telephone companies ... provided ... Three Way Calling." (Spec. at 2.)
