(Stankovic)5,510,698 Apr. 23, 1996 (Filed Aug. 5, 1993) The MS-DOS Encyclopedia, Article 15: Installable Device Drivers, Section II: Programming in the MS Dos Environment, pp 447-471, 1998. Claims 21-28 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Fasang in view of Yokouchi, Stankovic and Article 15.
