                                                     THE INVENTION

               The invention is directed to a thermoplastic molding composition “consisting of” polyalkylene

               terephthalate, an oligomeric phosphorous compound having a specific formula alone or in combination

               with a second oligomeric phosphorous compound having a different structure than the first phosphorous

               compound. The composition additionally consists of a specified amount of magnesium calcium

               carbonate hydrate. Other features of the claimed subject matter are set forth the following illustrative

               claim.

                                                         THE CLAIMS

               Claims 14 is illustrative of appellants’ invention and is reproduced below.

               14. Thermoplastic moulding compounds consisting of:

                      A) 30 to 98.9 parts by wt. of polyalkyleneterephthalate:
                      C)  0 to 30 parts by wt. of a graft polymer;

                      D) 0.1 to 20 parts by wt. of an oligomeric phophorus compound of the formula (Ia)
