DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1 through 8 and 10 through 12, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Appellants' invention relates to a sampling apparatus which collects process by filling a sample container with a known volume. The result is that the sample is consistent from one time to the next.
