(Matsuba) 5,255,347 Oct. 19, 1993 Claims 14, 18, 19, 22 and 25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by Fukumizu. Claims 15 through 17 and 26 through 29 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Fukumizu in view of Matsuba. Claims 20, 21 , 30 and 31 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.2 § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Fukumizu in view of Lincoln.
