Claims 20, 21 , 30 and 31 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C.2
§ 103(a) as being unpatentable over Fukumizu in view of
Lincoln.
Claims 23 and 24 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
as being unpatentable over Fukumizu.
