DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from
the rejection of claims 1, 3-5, and 7-10. We reverse.
BACKGROUND
The invention at issue in this appeal relates to
monitoring inlet water usage. The use of control and alarm
systems to detect leaks in gaseous or liquid pipes is known in
the prior art. Explosive gases and highly destructive liquids
