As evidence of obviousness the examiner offers Alpert in view of Johnson with respect to claims 1, 2, 6, 7, 12 and 15, adds Srivastava with respect to claims 3-5, 8-11, 13, 14, 16-20, 22-24 and 26-34, and additionally adds Gupta with respect to claims 21 and 25. OPINION We have carefully considered the subject matter on appeal, the rejections advanced by the examiner and the evidence of obviousness relied upon by the examiner as support for the rejections.
