DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1, 5,
8, 9, 12 and 21. Subsequent to the final rejection, appellants canceled claim 21, thus
leaving for our review the final rejection of claims 1, 5, 8, 9 and 12. The only other
claims still pending in the application either have been allowed or have been withdrawn
from consideration as being directed to a non-elected invention.
