Appeal No. 1999-0565 Application 08/700,526 members as recited in claim 1. In summary, we find that the examiner has established a prima facie case of the obviousness of claim 1. We have considered each of appellant’s arguments in the brief, and we have not found any of them to be persuasive that the examiner’s rejection is improper. Therefore, we sustain the rejection of claim 1 and of claims 2-4, 6 and 8-10 which have not been separately argued. Accordingly, the decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1-4, 6 and 8-10 is affirmed. No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
