The following rejections are on appeal before us: 1. Claim 1 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by the disclosure of Fukushima. 2. Claims 2 and 3 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Fukushima in view of Takimoto 2. 3. Claim 4 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Fukushima in view of Takimoto 2 and Hanyu. 4. Claims 8 and 29 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Takimoto 1 in view of Li and Harwood. 5. Claim 30 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Hanyu in view of Hartmann.
