DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal from the final rejection
of claim 1, which is the only claim remaining in the
application. Claims 2 and 3 have been canceled.
The claimed invention relates to a hybrid-type stepping
motor including a bearing mounted on a fixed shaft. First and
