          formed from an ethylene alkyl acrylate copolymer blend such as a            
          blend of an ethylene butyl acrylate copolymer and an ethylene               
          methyl acrylate copolymer.  Claim 28 is illustrative:                       
               28.  A transparent laminate having a peel test strength of             
          at least 8N/cm, comprising at least one lamina and at least one             
          interlayer wherein the interlayer is comprised of a film formed             
          from a blend of components (a), an ethylene butyl acrylate                  
          copolymer (EBAC), having about 8 to 36% by weight of acrylate               
          groups; and                                                                 
          (b), an ethylene methyl acrylate copolymer (EMAC), having about 8           
          to about 42 percent by weight of acrylate groups; wherein the               
          blend of components (a) and (b) contains from about 5% to less              
          than about 95%, by weight, of component (a) and greater than                
          about 5% to about 95% by weight, of component (b).
