Zabele discloses a system and method for controlling print quality. An electronic test image of the printed image is acquired by an image acquisition unit and compared to a prototype image of the desired printed image and an alarm is generated if the printing on the test image and the printing on the prototype image do not satisfy a predetermined condition (col. 1, line 58 to col. 2, line 3). We fail to see how the portions of Zabele pointed out by the Examiner can be considered the "status of the printing parameters" in any sense. The Examiner's reasoning regarding counterfeiting is again not persuasive. Accordingly, the Examiner has failed to establish a prima facie case of obviousness.
