DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-16, all of the pending claims.
The invention is directed to a universal mobile
telecommunications system. In particular, the invention is said
to allow a picocell-individual cordless telecommunications system
to be expanded to communications cells with different cell radii
