          Grantham, because of Grantham’s hydrphobic material, no thin                
          liquid film, as claimed, would result.                                      
               Accordingly, we will not sustain the examiner’s rejection of           
          claims 1, 9, 28 and 31 under 35 U.S.C. 103.                                 
               The examiner’s decision is reversed.
