In conclusion, we have sustained the Examiner’s 35 U.S.C.
§ 102(e) rejection of claim 8 as well as the 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
rejection of claim 9. Therefore, the decision of the Examiner to
reject claims 8 and 9 is affirmed.
