DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from a final rejection of claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7, all of the claims pending in this application. Claim 3 has been cancelled. CLAIMS Claim 1 is representative of the claims on appeal, and reads as follows: 1.
