same conclusion with regard to the attachment rings disclosed by Brown. This being
the case, we will not sustain the rejection of claims 6 and 10.
SUMMARY
The rejection of claims 1 and 17 as being anticipated by Mecca is sustained.
Both rejections of claims 2, 18 and 19 as being unpatentable over Mecca in view
of Harte are sustained.
The rejection of claim 4 as being unpatentable over Mecca in view of Harte and
Whittaker is not sustained.
The rejection of claims 6 and 10 as being unpatentable over Brown in view of
Mecca and Whittaker is not sustained.
The decision of the examiner is affirmed-in-part.
