The examiner has relied upon the following references as support for the rejections on appeal: Warner et al. (Warner) 3,959,008 May 25, 1976 Wideman et al. (Wideman) 4,929,280 May 29, 1990 Wolff et al. (Wolff) 5,159,009 Oct. 27, 1992 Claim 14 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, as containing subject matter which was not described in the original specification in such a way as to reasonably convey to one skilled in the art that appellants, at the time the application was filed, had possession of the invention as now claimed (Answer, page 2). Claims 7-11 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by or, in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Warner (Answer, page 3).
