along the inner surface of the wall of the venturi since air from air flow path 18 is
injected along the inner surface of the wall of the venturi and therefore would space the
airflow discharged from Shekleton's air assist tube 34 from the inner surface of the wall
of the venturi.
For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1
to 7 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
