               Claims 1 through 3, 12, and 13 stand rejected under                    
          35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by Bliven.                          

               Claims 4, 6, and 9 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)             
          as being unpatentable over Bliven in view of Yanagisawa.
